1‑Year On‑Site Warranty
All equipment sold and installed by WaveTech Southwest comes with a full one‑year on‑site warranty. If any hardware fault arises within that period, we’ll visit your premises to repair or replace the equipment — quickly and professionally.
Our warranty covers all Hikvision, UniFi, Ruijie, and other approved systems we supply, giving you complete peace of mind.
Support Availability
We understand that technical issues don’t always happen during business hours. That’s why we offer flexible support options:
- Free support during opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Out‑of‑hours support available (chargeable): for urgent issues outside standard hours, our engineers can assist remotely or on‑site.
